Suggested Items to bring with you in a rucksack:
Waterproof jacket and trousers (if already not wearing them)
Sunglasses, Snacks, water/hot drink, warm top, gloves, and hat (spare pair if you have them) Fresh dry gloves will boost morale and prolong the use of your digits
I will provide Maps and Compass but you may wish to bring your own.
