Complaints Procedure

If you have any cause for complaint then please raise the matter immediately with your instructor. If the matter is not resolved, then a formal complaint should be made in writing within 14 days of the end of the course. All written complaints will be replied to within 7 days.

This course is run on behalf of the National Navigation Award Scheme (NNAS) who has a code of professional conduct for all course providers, this code of conduct covers everything from professional conduct, equal opportunities, and disputes. If you have any complaints, please contact Pentland Outdoor Navigation  in the first instance, and if we cannot resolve the matter then please contact NNAS if you feel that you have been treated unfairly."
